HomeLet is an independent family owned, local, Private Limited Company. Our office is located at Station Road, Gillingham, Dorset. We endeavour to provide Landlords with the very highest standards of service and efficiency. The Managing Director Mr James Lane (MARLA) has 14 years experience in the local Residential Lettings and Property Management business.

James currently manages and finds tenants for over 150 properties in the local area and is himself a member of 'The Association of Residential Lettings Agents' or ARLA. HomeLet have also now attained 'Licensed Membership' of ARLA. They are therefore more than qualified 'TO LET'.

Whatever your individual circumstances, we feel confident that we will be able to assist you. The prospect of Letting is a new experience to many and it is our aim to try and make the complexities a lot easier for you to understand.
